Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
This policy describes information handled through the Executable OS website, account access, authentication messaging, and related support. When an organization supplies workspace data, we process it to provide that organization’s service under its agreement and instructions.
Information we handle
Information you provide can include your name, email address, company, assessment answers, support correspondence, and content submitted to a workspace. Account information includes identifiers, authentication settings, and security records. SMS enrollment adds your phone number, verification status, delivery information, and a record of your consent.
Website and service activity can include pages visited, interactions, browser and device information, network information, and error reports. The website uses PostHog for analytics when configured, including page and assessment events. Cookies or similar browser storage support sessions and analytics. Your browser lets you manage or remove stored information; blocking necessary session storage can affect sign-in.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested services and assessment results, respond to inquiries, maintain and secure accounts, deliver requested verification codes, investigate errors or abuse, improve the website and service, and meet applicable obligations.
Service providers and other disclosures
Providers process information needed to supply hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and support on our behalf. For SMS, this includes Twilio and the carriers delivering messages to your number. Workspace administrators and integrations may access information within their authorized scope. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the security and rights of our users and service.
SMS privacy
We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in records and consent are not transferred to another business for its messaging programs. Processing by delivery providers does not permit those providers to use your consent for their own marketing.
SMS authentication is optional. There is one code message per code request; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can use an authenticator app instead.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for the purposes described here, including security, documenting consent, honoring opt-outs, and applicable obligations. Retention differs by record type and service agreement. An opt-out may require retaining a limited suppression record so that messaging does not resume unintentionally.
To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, contact support@executableos.com. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable retention requirements. For information controlled by your organization in its workspace, contact its administrator.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy and its effective date when our practices change. Send privacy questions to support@executableos.com. See the Terms of Service for the authentication messaging program.
