Terms of Service

Effective October 20, 2026

These terms cover the Executable OS website, account access, and authentication messaging. An organization’s signed service agreement governs its subscription, fees, and use of the product. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Using the website and your account

Provide accurate information and access only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to use. Keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes private. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use it to distribute unlawful content. Website assessments provide general information; a separate agreement is required for services.

Executable OS authentication messages

If you choose SMS, Executable OS sends automated one-time codes to verify your phone number and protect sign-in. This program sends authentication messages only, not advertising or promotional messages.

To enroll, enter a mobile number you control, select the separate SMS consent checkbox, and choose “Agree and send code.” SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using the service. You can use an authenticator app instead. Accepting these terms alone does not enroll you in SMS.

Frequency and charges

We send one code message for each code request. Frequency depends on your requests and sign-in activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile provider for details.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of authentication texts. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. After opting out, use another sign-in method; SMS codes will not be available unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@executableos.com. Do not include passwords or verification codes in support requests.

Delivery and privacy

Message delivery depends on your mobile network and device. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep an alternative sign-in method available.

Our Privacy Policy describes account information, phone numbers, and consent records. SMS consent does not authorize unrelated marketing.
